Who We Are
Afrofresh Trading Private Limited is a Hub and Spoke Model for exports. We partner with marginalized communities, rural youths and women in least-developed countries ensuring that they penetrate into Export Markets so as to eliminate poverty in rural communities and create green jobs for youths. These programs are designed for high social impact and easy scalability as the models are quite simple. Our strategy is to address key issues in Europe and Africa that have to do with Health, Sustainable Regenerative Farming, Economic Development and poverty alleviation and in the process leveraging on Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence.
Technology will be used for financial inclusion and systematic adherence to fit-for-market standards (traceability, quality control, food safety, efficient management of resources etc) in export markets as well as supply chain management.
Our objective as Afrofresh Trading is to have a one stop centre pool of technical skills on behalf of the farmers by providing centralized cold storages, cold chain management as well as packhouse services under one roof.

Afrofresh Trading lowers the entry bar for access to export markets for the marginalized communities and women, ups the efficiencies in resource management as well as manages risks associated with exports.
We are working with Midlands Horticultural Exports Cluster, scaling up through Strategic Exports Co-op and have Coinmadi as our technical Blockchain partner. We seek further collaboration with other strategic partners like UNCDF, EU, AFR100, Bezoz Foundation so that we create a solid pensionable income structure for the excluded and marginalised. We work with Zimtrade and HDC.
